The sky's been pouring daily for the past week. 

What if, Allah's giving us a chance by opening His skies to accept our duas made during these times? And how often are we taking advantage of this amazing opportunity? 

Exactly. Not much. 

I got to admit, I've been burying myself with assignments and exams, I forgot to stop and make a little dua. 

So here goes:

Ya Allah, bless us in this holy month of Ramadhan. Ease our affairs. Allow us to make the best out of this challenge you've put us in. Ease the affairs of our fathers and brothers to be imams and lead our daily prayers. 

Ya Allah, keep our nation and our families safe from the virus that's spreading like wildfire. Keep our numbers continuously low and allow those infected to heal as quickly as possible. For those whose takdir is to leave this earth, grant them paradise and allow their families to heal from the pain of losing someone in such trying times. 

Ya Allah, allow this virus to disappear as soon as possible. And allow our lives to continue as per normal. But never let us take our freedom for granted, for we know You can take it away at any point in time.
